The sites listed on the first page will bring in the highest amount of traffic, putting these sites in a healthier position to generate money.

2. The next thing I do to drive traffic to my website is to provide fresh content. Your site must be constantly maintaned and updated if you want your visitors to keep coming back. Provide useful content and tools that will inform and educate your target audience. Make your site is easy to navigate and make sure that your links work the way that they should. Broken websites are extremely frustraiting and once your site has been labeled as such people will not want to come back.

3. I then try to build an online community. For example, I will join some forums and meet like-minded people. Build relationships with them and learn from them. These could be potential customers. Always include a signature file in the many forums that allow it. Make sure you put a link to your site in your signature. Try to make your visitors feel welcome and appreciated so they are linclined to return to your site. You should stive to solve their problems and they will thank you with their business.
